Auction Information for Fandom Fights Tsunami

We are so excited to announce that we will be introducing some new opportunities for you to donate. We have contacted a few different organizations to see if they would be willing to donate some items. We were also contacted by a Twilight fan with an autographed photo up for auction. Since we have a variety of fandoms amazingly involved, it was a challenge to find items to put up for auction. We have graciously been given donations from two huge groups! TheHillywoodShow will be donating signed photographs for you to bid on. And also Creationent has put together a packet of items for us. I told them we had fans from Twilight and Supernatural (They do conventions for both of those, along with others) and that we would love some items from them. As of now we have three items that have been donated (I am still waiting for the mail to come from The Hillywood Show and CreationEnt, as soon as they arrive, they will be posted on here). We have a signed photo of BooBoo Stewart, Chaske Spencer and Kiowa Gordon.

1. This “auction” is basically a way of donating. To bid on an item, please add the amount you will be willing to donate in the comment section of our post (PLEASE do not email us the amount you will be bidding—only email us if you have any questions). We will be keeping track of the bid from start to finish.

2. When bidding, please specify which item you are bidding on

3. At the end of the bidding, whoever has agreed to donate the most, is the winner.

4. The winner of the item will then go to the Red Cross’ website and donate through their Tsunami fund.

5. Once you have donated send us your receipt as proof of your donation to fandom4tsunami@gmail.com     

6. In your email with the forwarded receipt, please include your mailing address that you would like your item sent to.

7. Bidding starts April 2nd and will end April 19th. This gives you seventeen days to bid on an item.

8. Please provide proof of donation within three days.
